Information About Your First Visit
Consultation
On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you and your pet with a warm smile. You will then be asked to fill out our new patient form which will help us gain some information about your pet and their condition.
Dr. Midlarsky (known as Dr. Eric) or Dr. Moran will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding what conditions veterinary medical care may be of benefit to your pet. If our doctors can help your pet, they will let you know. If the doctors cannot help you, you will be referred to other specialists or services that will be able to help you the most. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
Examination
After the doctor speaks with you about your pet's condition or medical history, your pet will have a general examination. If your pet has a condition which requires further testing such as bloodwork, xray, ultrasound or other testing we will make recommendations to you and can perform any of these services here at the hospital. If not, you can expect your pet to get the medications they need or the expert advice required to solve virtually any medical condition they may have to get them on the road to recovery!
Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the doctor will give you a report of findings and tell you recommendations for medical treatment for your pet.
Treatment
Treatment may include prescribing medications, vaccinations, or physical aids to get your pet back into health.
Payment
Our office offers several forms of payment including cash, check, credit card and Care Credit.
